Following that example, our engineers all possess extensive professional experience, mostly in supervisory and management capacities in similar and related capacities. In fact, it is a source of pride for us to regularly place engineers in positions that may not necessarily require their level of capability. However, their capabilities has proven vital in circumstances that mandate skills beyond the minimum requirements.
